Alex passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2005 in Los Angeles.  He was 49 when he died.  He is survived by son, Alexander (Yasmin) Chacon of Lawndale;  son, Jonathon Chacon of San Diego; brother, Rick Chacon of Lawndale; grandson, Alex Chacon and granddaughter, Mariah Chacon.
